All equipment sold by Alpha Equipment Company is covered by a limited warranty. At the time of quote or sale, your representative will outline warranty options.

Should you receive a defective unit call your sales representative for an immediate replacement.  If a replacement is unavailable, your account will be credited when the defective unit is returned to us.

All equipment will have a bar-coded warranty label attached.

The label does not contain any references to our company that can be retrieved when scanned.

The bar-code contains internal sales information for AEC.

Should you need our assistance, please provide AEC with the label information.

The removal of the label for confidentiality purposes when being sold to another customer is not necessary.

If the label is removed, the warranty is void.
