Warranty Information

  • All equipment sold by Alpha Equipment Company is covered by a limited warranty, not to exceed one year.

  • Should you receive a defective unit call your sales representative for an immediate replacement.  If a replacement is unavailable, your account will be credited as soon as the defective unit is returned to us.

  • All equipment will have a bar-coded warranty label attached.

  • The label does not contain any references to our company that can be retrieved when scanned.

  • The bar-code contains internal sales information for AEC.

  • Should you need our assistance, please provide AEC with the label information.

  • The removal of the label for confidentiality purposes when being sold to another customer is not necessary.

  • If the label is removed, the warranty is void.
